Choose "Edit Your Pages"
then click the word "Index" to edit this page.
Click the "Edit Content" button to edit the body text.
Click "Save." This stores the changes you have made, but does not publish or make them appear on your site.
Click the "Edit Link Title" to edit the page title that appears at the top of the browser window.
Click "Save."
Click "Return to Site Administration."
To complete the process, click the "Publish Changes" link on the left navigation bar.
Finally, click the submit button.

Your changes now appear on your site.
